We believe that enrolling in your employer's health benefits should be more than an item on your to-do list in the Fall, but a time to really get to know how your benefits can work best for you (and your family). As such, we put a lot of thought behind our Open Enrollment program each year - each year, our key mission is to:
  • Get our members the right information at the right time (& in the right format!)
  • Help members understand what Collective Health is, what we do and how we can support them
  • Support members in making informed, confident decisions about their benefits
  • Communicate what resources are in their Collective Health account available to them all year long

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Project Coordinator - Open Enrollment (internally titled Open Enrollment Specialist Contractor)to administer and organize this year's projects that help us onboard our members to Collective Health. You will be working up to 25 hours per week.
You will perform various coordinating tasks, like scheduling and cross-team coordination, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and data feeds, and handling logistics queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with vendors, multiple internal stakeholders and client teams to deliver results on strict deadlines.
As a contractor on the marketing team you'll interact cross-functionally and with vendors and have a highly visible impact on one of Collective Health's most cherished events of the year; and play a critical role in scaling this experience and its processes for years to come.
What you'll do:
  • Create and maintain member and client facing collateral to support client needs through open enrollment and plan start
  • Coordinate project management for open enrollment materials and resources
  • Help facilitate client orders with vendors
  • Assist with open enrollment event facilitation by
  • Analyze trends for client to improve the process for ease of implementation of the OE program year over year
  • Communicate closely with Client Success teams to ensure positive client experience
  • Masterfully communicate with key internal and external stakeholders through email, Zoom, and through instant message (i.e. Slack)
  • Facilitate feedback sessions with key stakeholders and team members for program development

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Experience with Canva. (It's a bonus if you have experience with Google suite, Airtable, WordPress, and Jira.)
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects daily and complete tasks with minimal guidance
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Fast learner, takes initiative, and eager to own projects
  • Work effectively individually and in teams
  • Above all, you are self-sufficient, intellectually curious and take ownership for everything you do

Pay Transparency:
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
Lehi, UT: $28 - $34.85/hr
Plano, TX: $31 - $38/hr
