The Integrated Brand Project Manager supports the Brand Strategy team by coordinating the day-to-day execution of integrated brand initiatives across a portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for keeping projects organized, maintaining timelines, coordinating meetings, tracking decisions, and ensuring work moves efficiently through internal and external teams. This role is not responsible for developing brand strategy but instead partners closely with the Brand Strategists to ensure integrated strategic initiatives are executed efficiently, accurately, on schedule.

Your Profile:
  • 5+ years of experience in agency operations, project management, marketing operations, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing or communications initiatives.
  • Experience in a full-service agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree a plus.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required, without the need for sponsorship.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, workbacks, timelines, and task lists for integrated brand initiatives.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify schedule risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
  • Drive project momentum by proactively following up on outstanding deliverables, approvals, and decisions to keep work moving forward.
  • Coordinate work across creative, strategy, media, media relations, reporting, and analytics.
  • Schedule and facilitate internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and distribute meeting recaps with clear action items.
  • Ensure all teams have the information needed to complete work accurately and on schedule, according to client expectations and internal deadlines.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and upcoming milestones proactively to internal teams.
  • Support Brand Strategists by coordinating client meetings, preparing materials, documenting decisions, and following up on action items.
  • Prepare project timelines, status reports, meeting materials, presentation decks, and implementation updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of project decisions, approvals, deliverables, and action items.
  • Ensure client commitments, approvals, and deliverables are tracked and completed on schedule.
  • Maintain project management systems, schedules, and documentation.
  • Ensure deliverables move efficiently through review and approval processes
  • Monitor milestones and coordinate internal resources to keep work on track
  • Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and collaboration.
