Your role:
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to align revenue and customer information across internal tools, facilitate process improvements to improve marketing and sales processes, and provide analytical insights that help drive business growth. This person will report into the Business Development and Strategy department and will work closely with sales, marketing, professional services, and finance teams to align efforts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, business analysis, sales operations, or performance marketing. This person will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills that ensure we make decisions based on accurate data and actionable KPIs, and their critical reasoning capabilities will spot opportunities for process simplification and synergy across tools.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition to renewal
  • Own complex, critical revenue operations systems (CRM) and tools used in cross-functional workflows, including deal closure
  • Create and manage reports/dashboards to align data between departments and deliver valuable insights to key stakeholders on a scheduled or as-needed cadence
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve marketing and sales performance
  • Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide CRM training and support to ensure data cleanliness across tools
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field (sales or marketing operations, performance marketing, business analytics)
  • Tested project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve business performance
  • Familiarity with sales, operations, and marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Smartsheet, and NetSuite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-departmentally
  • Knowledge of the sales process and the company's target audience and goals
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Basic SQL experience a plus
  • A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop new skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
