Mastercard Security Solutions develops and delivers world-class security products and services for Mastercard customers across the globe. As part of this organization, the Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of solutions that provide data, insights, and risk scores to prevent fraud and improve consumer experience across digital accounts and payments.
We're seeking a collaborative and results-oriented product manager who will drive cross-functional efforts to bring products from concept to market-validated solution. In this role you will:
Gain a deep understanding of customer and end-user needs and embed the voice of customer across the product development lifecycle.
Lead and leverage market analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market programs.
Make complex, technical information easy to understand for internal partners, stakeholders, and market-facing teams.
Work closely with go-to-market, business development, and product marketing teams to ensure product value propositions are clearly articulated and well understood.
Collaborate closely with technical counterparts to ensure product and project success.
Identifies and addresses any barriers or obstacles to deliver capabilities on time and budget.
Act as a champion for the product portfolio and customer base within Mastercard and in market-facing engagements.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills and experiences.
All About You:
Business experience in product management, ideally with direct experience in financial services, fintechs, and/or fraud, risk, KYC, and digital identity verification workflows.
Ideally 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and influencing product development, roadmaps, and delivery models
Demonstrated success building relationships and driving results across global, multi-region, and remote project teams.
Experience prioritizing product features and capabilities based on user value and business impact
Collaborate closely with technology team, marketing, regional support, and other stakeholders
Demonstrated thought leadership, product expertise, and commitment to product management best practices.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong track record of managing internal and external stakeholders and excels at developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships in a matrixed environment.
Desire to learn new concepts quickly and maintain continuous curiosity about digital commerce and consumer experience trends.
