• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adapting techniques to fit each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluation and treatment adjustments, providing continuous feedback and encouragement.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular professional development opportunities to keep up to date with current practices and expand therapeutic repertoire.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse array of individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. • A current and valid state license in a relevant mental health field (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A high degree of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward mental health issues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, balancing multiple clients and commitments.

• Previous experience in a teletherapy or remote work setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and an understanding of contemporary mental health challenges.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, veterans, or families, is an asset.
