Job description

Overview:
Our client is looking for a Project Assistant.A Project Assistant works under a Project Manager and assists in the planning and execution of a project.
Responsibilities:
  • The scope includes project coordination support for Complex Change Requests (CCRs) within Clinical Systems Operations/Clinical Systems Strategy PMO.
  • These requests do not meet formal project criteria but require structured coordination, intake validation and scoping, timeline development, deliverable tracking, meeting documentation, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and follow-through.
  • The roles will help coordinate across Solution Teams, Informatics, IT build teams, CSE, HIMS, and Operations to ensure timely execution and alignment between technical teams and practice requesters.
Required Skills:
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Experience managing timelines, deliverables, follow-up items, and meeting documentation
  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Comfort working across multiple teams
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to track work in structured systems.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in healthcare operations, clinical systems, project coordination, change request coordination, or PMO environments
  • Familiarity with Epic-related workflows, ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar tracking tools

Education:
