• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs, ensuring tailored support solutions.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.
• Devise comprehensive service plans aligned with clients' personal goals through ongoing evaluation and adjustment.
• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring access to necessary resources and promoting awareness of social justice issues that affect their lives.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and reporting of programs by participating in strategic planning and grant processes.
• Collaborate with community organizations to expand integrated service offerings and enhance client access to support services.
• Participate actively in team meetings, engage in training programs, and represent the organization in community outreach activities.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as mental health disorders, trauma, substance use, and socio-economic struggles. You will engage closely with clients from marginalized communities, working to empower them through targeted interventions and advocacy efforts that promote healing and social equity.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A robust understanding of trauma-informed care practices, social justice advocacy, and community resources is essential for this role.
• Proficient communication skills, empathy, and strong organizational abilities are critical for ensuring effective support for our clients.

• Prior experience working in a nonprofit organization or similar settings focusing on mental health services and community outreach is favored.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and a commitment to professional development are highly valued.

The competitive salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Furthermore, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
