AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-visibility software implementations from initial project planning to seamless delivery and final customer handoff.

  • Partner with Implementation Specialists and Consultants to drive cross-functional alignment, manage schedules, and track key milestones.

  • Translate customer requirements and Statements of Work into dynamic, actionable execution plans.

  • Proactively monitor engagement financial health, accurately tracking project budgets, resource utilization, and potential timeline risks.

  • Build collaborative relationships with customer operational teams, serving as a trusted contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ years of project management, implementation, or customer success experience paired with a relevant Bachelor's degree (or 3+ years of equivalent practical experience).

  • Strong command of core project management frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile and PMBOK.

  • Proven capability to manage and align remote project teams within a matrixed corporate environment.

  • Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction with a passion for driving end-to-end operational success.

Bonus Points For:

  • 1-2 years of experience within a professional services or consulting firm.

  • Direct experience managing enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementations.
