About the role

Project managers are the driving force at Inizio Evoke. As the internal contact for all projects, Senior Project Managers serve as operational partners with the account team and act as liaisons across strategic, creative, technology, and operations teams. They manage the end-to-end development of projects according to established business processes.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-channel programs, including digital programs. We are looking for project leadership combined with fluency in digital execution, allowing collaboration with technical teams and management of digital deliverables.

You will:

  • Lead projects independently, with support from Assistant Project Managers

  • Manage complex and integrated programs across a larger book of business

Here\'s what you\'ll do:

Key Responsibilities Process
  • Understand the nature of work across all teams, including strategic, creative, and technology teams

  • Manage end-to-end development of projects, ensuring quality from initiation through delivery

  • Translate project requirements into clear, relevant plans for all teams, including development partners

  • Partner with technology teams to agree on scope, technical requirements, dependencies, and execution approach

  • Lead med/legal submission prep and submission, including digital assets requiring functional annotation

  • Apply structured workflows (e.g., SDLC or hybrid methodologies) to support efficient delivery of digital and non-digital work

  • Be a internal quality control checkpoint before account team delivery

  • Lead daily/weekly production meetings and maintain systems of record (e.g., Workfront, Ziflow, and CRM)

  • Guide ongoing process improvement projects, including optimization of digital workflows

Timelines
  • Develop detailed project schedules across all workstreams, including digital builds and deployments

  • Ensure agreement on milestones, accounting for dependencies across teams, platforms, and integrations

  • Manage timelines at the appropriate level of detail, including task-level tracking where required for development work

  • Identify risks to timelines and implement mitigation strategies

Budgets
  • Develop detailed staffing plans in consideration of project scope and complexity, including digital execution needs

  • Monitor project and campaign budgets, ensuring agreement on scope and efficient use of resources

  • Partner with finance and technical teams to estimate and track effort for development, QA, and deployment

  • Lead monthly reconciliation and support client budget reporting

Resources
  • Identify and secure appropriate resources across departments, including specialized technical roles

  • Partner with resourcing and leads to prioritize work and balance team capacity

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and development partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines

  • Identify risks related to resourcing or execution and adjust plans accordingly

Additional Responsibilities
  • Build relationships across our teams, vendors, and clients, bridging all partners

  • Present project plans, processes, and capabilities and confidence

  • Contribute to project scoping and solutioning, including recommendations for digital approaches

About you

  • 4+ years of project management experience

  • Marketing agency experience required

  • Bachelor\'s degree required

  • Experience managing large, cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and technology partners

  • Experience managing multiple vendors and complex workstreams

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and financial systems

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Additional Expertise:

  • Experience managing digital projects such as web builds, CRM programs, or interactive campaigns

  • Understanding of digital ecosystems, development workflows, and platform dependencies

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and translate technical requirements into actionable plans

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Workfront, or similar workflow platforms

  • Working knowledge of SDLC, agile, or hybrid project methodologies

  • Experience supporting regulatory submission processes for digital assets
