Looking to break into construction management? This is your chance to gain real, hands-on experience working on active projects - not just observing from the sidelines.


We are seeking a Construction Management Intern to support our estimating and project management teams. This is a paid internship offering hands-on experience where youll learn industry tools, work alongside experienced professionals, and build skills that directly translate to your future career.


Responsibilities

  • Perform quantity takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff software
  • Assist with estimating and bid closing procedures
  • Support project submittals, vendor coordination, and material procurement
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Assist with change orders and field coordination


Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Construction Management or related field
  • Sophomore, junior, or senior preferred
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods and drawings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work in-person in El Cajon, CA
