A rapidly growing and highly respected commercial glass and glazing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from award through closeout. This organization has built a strong reputation by successfully executing technically challenging commercial projects that many competitors avoid.

Position SummaryThe Project Manager will assume responsibility for commercial glazing projects after award and manage all aspects of project execution, including contract review, submittals, procurement, scheduling, change orders, and closeout activities.
This role works closely with estimating, operations, fabrication, field leadership, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from handoff through completion
Review contracts and identify project risks
Coordinate submittals and approvals
Oversee material procurement and fabrication schedules
Manage project timelines and milestones
Process RFIs and change orders
Coordinate with field operations and installation teams
Attend client and contractor meetings as required
Monitor budgets, schedules, and profitability
Ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
