Job description

Company Description

Founded in 2021, Revalize empowers manufacturing businesses to better design, model, develop, and sell-powering greater outcomes across the entire manufacturing value chain. Revalize leads with an AI-forward mindset-using technology as a catalyst, not a compass. We're shaping the future of manufacturing technology with industry-leading CPQ, PLM, and design solutions that transform data into opportunity and accelerate the journey from idea to cash.

Revalize serves more than 16,000 global customers and is a portfolio company of TA Associates and Hg.

Job Description

Revalize is seeking a curious, execution-oriented Product Marketing Specialist to support go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales enablement across a multi-product software portfolio. You will work closely with senior PMMs, Product, Sales, and Demand Generation to move launches, campaigns, and enablement programs from brief to execution.

This role demands strong project management instincts. You will juggle multiple campaigns, launches, and asset requests simultaneously, and you are expected to prioritize independently, communicate status clearly, and maintain quality across all of it. Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT is essential: we use them daily to accelerate research, drafting, and content iteration.

Remote in the United States (CT and ET only)

Key Responsibilities

Messaging & Positioning

  • Develop and maintain product messaging, value propositions, and persona-based copy across web, campaigns, and sales tools.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven language for target buyers at each stage of the funnel.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across channels, and adapt core content for different formats, audiences, and products.

Campaign & Launch Execution

  • Support product launches and feature releases with messaging, digital assets, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Own deliverable tracking across launch checklists; flag risks and keep timelines on track.
  • Develop campaign briefs, email copy, landing page content, and social posts for integrated campaigns.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and launch workstreams without sacrificing quality or deadlines.

Sales Enablement

  • Build and maintain sales assets: one-pagers, battle cards, pitch decks, FAQs, and objection-handling guides.
  • Support sales onboarding with messaging, persona, and competitive training materials.
  • Gather ongoing feedback from Sales and Customer Success to identify gaps and keep content current.

Market & Customer Research

  • Conduct competitive and market research to inform positioning, messaging, and launch decisions.
  • Use Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to accelerate research synthesis and competitive intelligence.
  • Deliver concise, actionable summaries to Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Support win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and persona development as directed.

AI Productivity & Project Operations

  • Use Claude, ChatGPT, and AI-assisted workflows as standard practice for drafting, editing, and research.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries, messaging documents, and project trackers for team visibility.
  • Contribute to PMM templates and playbooks that help the team scale execution across multiple products.
  • Manage workload proactively: prioritize independently, communicate progress, and surface blockers early.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience; product marketing, content, demand gen, or solutions marketing backgrounds all considered.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong timeline ownership and clear communication.
  • Strong writer who can simplify complex topics and produce compelling copy for technical and business audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate research and content workflows.
  • Cross-functional collaborator; comfortable partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Gen.
  • Data-curious; comfortable reviewing campaign or funnel metrics and translating findings into action.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
