Implementation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating installation projects for our online banking customers. They will be the main point of contact and will be expected to work directly with the customer to ensure a successful implementation through various activities such as kick off meetings, mapping, and testing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a financial institution, have strong customer relationship skills, and be a good communicator.

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Birmingham, AL; Charlotte, NC; Cedar Falls, IA; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

What you'll be responsible for: 

  • Prepares customer for implementation. Establishes guidelines/timelines to ensure a successful installation.  Ensures milestones are met. Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary. May interact with project manager.
  • Troubleshoots issues upon completing of the conversion/installation project. 
  • May reinforce training to customers and/or provide guidance in training customer personnel.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned. 

What you'll need to have: 

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in technical /implementation support role OR a customer support role within a financial institution.
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% to attend onsite meeting and trainings.
  • Must be able to accommodate business needs by occasionally working after hours and/or on weekends.
