The Delivery Lead is responsible for planning coordinating, and delivering complex project initiatives. Major responsibilities are to facilitate the cross-functional application team engagements and tracking delivery milestones. Including communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the initiative sponsor’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple applications and organizations to enable delivery. Primary Skill Agile tools (Jira) Secondary Skill Tertiary Skill Required Skills •Advanced WBS and critical path milestone planning experience •Understanding of program financial mgmt and change mgmt controls •Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver on opportunities in which TPSMs can drive tech delivery improvements, scale and efficiency throughout Shared Services, with major emphasis on MRA2/Change Mgmt •Facilitate partners design and implement reliable system architectures •Individually oversee large, critical and complex programs that are highly technical & cross functional •Lead project team to define program plans, success criteria, and then execute against the objectives •Ensure cross functional alignment of goals & execution of release schedules for product initiatives •Monitor your team’s program status and rapidly identify issues / risks. •Succinctly and effectively communicate issues to relevant partners and executives •Serve as a risk mitigator for your team by resolving blockers. •Build and maintain relationships with critical partners in a remote environment (ie, Change Mgmt, Release Mgmt, Engineering, Finance, etc) •Lead by example
