FindTalent is seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist to support planning, scheduling, cost management, and reporting for energy projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements. The position involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and field teams to monitor progress and provide actionable insights to drive project success.

The ideal candidate will have 3โ€“5 years of project controls experience in the energy sector, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for energy projects.

  • Track project costs, prepare forecasts, and monitor budget performance.

  • Generate project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal and client use.

  • Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.

  • Support project managers in planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with project controls standards, corporate policies, and contractual requirements.
