  • 10+ years of experience managing transmission, distribution, substation, utility, grid, or related energy-infrastructure projects in the U.S. or Canada.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and final delivery.
  • Working knowledge of North American electric-power infrastructure, utility operations, and T&D projects.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating external contractors or consultants.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or a comparable project management platform.
  • Strong client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, deadline-driven consulting environment.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally and across the U.S.–Canada border.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where based. Sponsorship may be considered for an exceptionally qualified candidate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PE, P.Eng., or PMP credential.
  • Experience with a utility, transmission developer, IPP, renewable-energy developer, or engineering consulting firm.

  • International power or infrastructure consulting experience.
  • French-language ability for Canadian or international assignments.
