• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand client needs and mental health challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each patient, setting clear goals and objectives for therapy.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients through video and phone platforms, employing evidence-based practices and adhering to telehealth best practices.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

You will primarily work with adolescents and adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid California state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
