NFR maintains properties for mortgage companies by working closely with our nationwide network of contractors and inspectors. Our Information Technology department is seeking an Enterprise Applications Developer to help build and maintain the technology solutions that drive our business and support our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Manager, the Enterprise Applications Developer designs, develops, and supports enterprise applications using .NET, Azure, and SQL Server technologies. This role delivers secure cloud, AI, and automation solutions, collaborates with stakeholders to build scalable and reliable systems, and supports modernization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives while following security best practices.

Requirements

3+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise software applications.

Demonstrated expertise in developing applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs), SQL Server, and modern software development tools and frameworks.

Experience developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise applications, cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure, and AI-enabled applications using modern AI services and frameworks.

Proficiency in source control, CI/CD, and DevOps practices using GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and/or Azure DevOps.

Experience integrating business applications, third-party tools, and automated workflows.

Experience developing AI-powered applications, automation solutions, and intelligent tools that improve business processes and ย ย user productivity.

Understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, Agile methodologies, security best practices, and modern software engineering principles.

Proven ability to troubleshoot, support, and optimize mission-critical business applications and databases.


Preferred Experience

Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Microservices, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Legacy application modernization and cloud migration projects.


These positions are remote with an option to work hybrid or in office from our NH office.
