• Conduct initial assessments and screenings to identify client needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies.
• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, among others.
• Administer individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, staying informed about current mental health best practices.

Your work will primarily involve a varied client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and the impact of developmental disabilities. You will be instrumental in establishing recovery-oriented relationships, guiding them toward improved mental health through skilled therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted Mental Health Counselor license (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, focusing on evidence-based practices.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies to enhance client interaction.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal standards within the mental health field.

• Demonstrable specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment.
• Proven ability to build rapport with diverse client populations and work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering therapeutic alliances with clients.
