In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and creating detailed treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
• Documenting all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards and timely submission deadlines.
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to assess client needs effectively.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client requirements.
• Participating in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the clinic’s standards of excellence.
• Acting as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
• Maintaining effective communication within the organization to meet contract standards and promote our mission throughout the community.
• Building and nurturing relationships with various agencies and organizations to further promote our programs and develop potential partnerships and funding sources.
• Engaging in ongoing professional growth through attendance at conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings related to mental health practices.
• Advocating for the agency’s mission and core values in all professional interactions.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Reliant Health Center, you will provide support to a diverse population, including individuals dealing with mental health issues, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Your expertise will significantly contribute to improving their overall quality of life, fostering resilience, and encouraging positive coping strategies within a supportive community environment.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active Independent LMHC License issued by the appropriate state board.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Strong collaboration skills for effective work within an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Effective communication abilities to articulate ideas clearly.
• Sound judgment and the capability to make independent decisions informed by professional knowledge.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience working in community health settings, familiarity with integrated care approaches, or expertise in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods will be highly regarded.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
