Job description

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Superintendent or designee, the Virtual Program Manager provides
leadership, direction, and oversight for the Gorman Virtual Academy and Career Technical
Education (CTE) programs for Gorman Learning Charter Network. This position supervises and
evaluates staff, oversees virtual instruction and student support for elementary and secondary
students, and ensures high-quality educational programming aligned with the Network's
Personalized Learning model.
The Virtual Program Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, administration,
compliance, and continuous improvement of virtual learning and CTE programs, ensuring
adherence to applicable federal, state, local, and grant requirements.
