We'reseeking a collaborative, data-driven Program Manager to steer ourglobalenergy and water efficiency, waste circularity, andScope 1&2decarbonization efforts.As Global Program Manager - Site Operations Sustainability,you'llbe the primary point of contact for our Life Science Business' manufacturing regions and sitesto drive these programs forward.You'llcoordinate global stakeholders, lead best-practice sharing,shape program direction,support projectdevelopment, and ensure sustainability alignment acrossCapExinvestments. Ifyou'reexcited to turn data into impact and partner across functions to accelerate decarbonizationand resource efficiency,we'dlove to meet you.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Steer energy, water, and waste programs across sites,andregions.

  • Develop andmaintainprojectroadmapswith allsitesand contribute tothe developmentofour portfolio sustainability tracking application.

  • Manage a 20 millionCapExbudget;collect andvalidateproject proposals; and prioritize program investments.

  • ReviewCapexinvestments > 500k;providesustainability approval for projects up to 2M.

  • Forecast and set targets for Scope 1&2 emissions, energy, water, and waste circularity by site/region.

  • Maintain KPI scorecards,maintainandshare best practices, update policies, andleadregular team meetings.

  • Help select ProgramRegional and SiteLeadsas vacancies arise.

  • Communicate results and progress to senior management with clarity andimpact.

  • People & Collaboration

  • Influence and coordinatecore program teamsof 10 and engage 100+ site experts (not direct reports in this role).

  • Leadthrough influence and collaboration across functions and sites.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Energy, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems,energyand water efficiency best practices, and building automation & controls.

  • Experience with commercial/industrial building systems, plus data analytics, forecasting, planning, and change management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of WRIGreenhouseGas protocol accounting standards.

  • AdvancedExcel, PowerPoint, forecasting, and dataanalytics.

  • Experience with environmental accounting software(CR/UL360 or similar).

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong communicationskills with data-driven storytelling.

  • Experience balancing multiple priorities and leading virtual teams.

Pay Range for this position:$115,00-172,600

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
