The leading professional networking and job search platform is seeking a Program Manager, Agency Marketing to accelerate the development and execution of agency recognition initiatives, including certification and partner programs, by driving program operations, cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and scalable processes.

Program Manager, Agency Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end program operations, including intake workflows, scoring and validation processes, approval documentation, stakeholder communications, and agency certification processes.
  • Define and manage program milestones, governance structures, project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful program execution.
  • Serve as the central point of contact across Legal, Data, GTM Operations, Sales, and Product Marketing teams, driving stakeholder alignment, accountability, and early resolution of blockers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize certification logic, maintain data integrity, track agency performance and compliance, and develop reporting dashboards and leadership review cadences.
  • Create scalable program documentation, SOPs, process maps, readiness checklists, enablement resources, and performance insights to support program adoption and future optimization.

Program Manager, Agency Marketing Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in program design and project management, ideally within marketing, education, or agency ecosystems.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting revenue growth initiatives in a digital marketing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional operations, legal, and product marketing teams.
  • 2+ years of experience building dashboards and reporting on program metrics.
  • Strong organizational, project management, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, reporting, and operational execution skills are preferred.
  • Experience with agency certification or recognition programs and scalable partner or agency engagement frameworks is preferred.
  • Knowledge of competitive agency programs and experience working within ambiguous environments to establish new operational models is preferred.

Shift:

  • Hybrid: 2+ days per week onsite, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
