Job Overview:

Pay Range: $53.62hr - $58.62hr

  • Expected Outcomes Manage effective communications to leadership and across teams to ensure accountability and timeline management. Defining and aligning on success criteria.
  • Regularly assess risks and opportunities Quickly learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage engineering deliverables of major product launches from conceptualization, product build, and validation to launch. 
  • Responsible for proactive identification of technical dependencies, and ensuring dependencies are tracked and managed in project plan.
  • Proactive identification and quantification of risks.
  • Spearhead development of mitigation plans with cross functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with managing large technology migrations, running parallel tracks with high visibility with leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions.
  • TCandidate candidate can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to adapt well and work with teams having different operating cadences.
  • Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a track record of taking ownership, leading data driven analyses, and influencing results
  •  Experience developing processes where little exists, and demonstrated flexibility to get things done.
  • Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues. 
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative.
  • Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • BA/BS degree, 10 years technical project management experience or relevant experience.
Skills:
  • Support execution of technical learning programs across AI Education, ML Education, Data Education, Engineering Education, and Technologist community-building initiatives.
  • Partner with internal SMEs, senior leaders, and external contributors to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Support and drive content development — slide decks, job aids, program documentation, communication plans, and other learning assets.
  • Manage program timelines, project plans, and operational processes that keep multiple workstreams on track simultaneously.
  • Track and report on program metrics, helping the team evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate logistics for  virtual learning sessions and forums, including course enrollment, materials, speaker prep, and vendor coordination.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by identifying ways to streamline processes, templates, and communication channels.
  • Support community-building efforts across the technical organization through events, forums, and contributor networks.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in a technical L&D, HR, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering organizations and how they operate.
  • Experience coordinating technical learning events, conferences, or large-scale programs end-to-end.
  • Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating polished learning materials and program documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional partners.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Ability to apply graphic and visual design principles to learning content, including presentations and job aids.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and ramping quickly on in-flight programs.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with learning platforms (e.g., Continu, LinkedIn Learning) a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application to productivity and learning a plus.
