Affiliate Manager
We're looking for an Affiliate Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks strategically, and knows how to turn partnerships into results.
In this role, you'll own the strategy, execution, and growth of multiple affiliate programs while serving as a trusted partner to both clients and publishers. You'll combine data-driven decision making with relationship building to drive performance, retention, and long-term success.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Growth
  • Create tailored affiliate strategies aligned to client goals and KPIs
  • Identify growth opportunities and translate insights into action
  • Optimize program performance through recruitment, activation, and partner development
  • Forecast performance, manage budgets, and provide strategic recommendations
Program Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple affiliate programs
  • Execute promotional campaigns, creative updates, and partner initiatives
  • Monitor performance trends and continuously improve results
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to internal best practices
Client & Partner Leadership
  • Lead client calls, business reviews, and strategic discussions
  • Communicate performance results clearly and confidently to stakeholders
  • Build strong publisher and affiliate relationships, negotiate placements, and secure opportunities
  • Support affiliate communication, compliance, payments, and ongoing engagement
Team Collaboration
  • Mentor and support Account Coordinators through training and ongoing development
