Job description

Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM) — Finance Systems
Engagement Type: W2/C2C/1099
Location: United States, Remote
Team: CoPi Sys, Finance System team
Role Summary
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master who thrives at the intersection of structured execution and complex, cross-functional programs. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who brings sharp instincts, moves with urgency, and isn't afraid to leverage modern AI tools to sharpen visibility and reduce friction. You'll serve as the Agile engine across all Finance Systems scrum teams, ensuring high-impact initiatives land with velocity, clarity, and measurable outcomes, managing the platforms, integrations, and automations that power how the company scales financial operations across systems like NetSuite, Coupa, Aptitude, FloQast, and Omnea.
What You’ll Do
1. Drive Agile Execution
●   Serve as dedicated Scrum Master across all Finance Systems scrum teams, running sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives across concurrent sprints
●   Own sprint health, velocity tracking, and burndown visibility - proactively surfacing and removing blockers before they become misses
●   Coach team members and leads on Agile best practices; continuously raise the team's execution maturity
2. Manage the Finance Systems Portfolio
●   Maintain a unified, real-time view of all active workstreams - tracking dependencies across sub-teams and partners in Finance, Engineering, and Product
●   Own active project plans, DRI assignments, due dates, decision logs, and Gantt/timeline views kept current at all times
●   Establish and reinforce a consistent sprint intake and prioritization process in partnership with Company Pillar Leadership
3. Communicate with Clarity
●   Prepare sprint status updates and portfolio summaries for leadership on a weekly cadence
●   Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions to surface dependencies early and prevent late-stage disruption
●   Capture and distribute decisions and action items following key ceremonies and partner reviews
What Success Looks Like
●   All Finance Systems teams operating in predictable sprint cadences with high delivery confidence
●   Cross-team dependencies are visible, owned, and managed - not discovered at the last sprint
●   Leadership has clear, timely visibility into portfolio status without having to ask for it
●   The team spends less time on coordination overhead and more time building
What You’ll Bring
•  5+ years of project or program management experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time or ahead of schedule and within scope.
•  Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or
Certified Scrum Master), demonstrating strong command of delivery methodologies and execution discipline.
•  Familiarity with finance systems platforms such as NetSuite, Coupa, FloQast, Aptitude, or Omnea.
•  Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build alignment, influence outcomes, and keep initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
•  Proficiency with Asana or comparable project management tools, including experience creating Gantt charts and timeline views.
•  Data-driven mindset, with the ability to define and track delivery metrics, sprint velocity, and KPIs.
