Remote ERP IT Program Manager requires:

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience
  • NJ Remote.
  • Demonstrated success supporting complex business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong experience operating within structured project governance frameworks.
  • Finance Transformation programs.
  • ERP implementation or ERP readiness initiatives.
  • Master Data Governance (MDG) programs.
  • Organizational Change Management initiatives.
  • Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
  • PMO, program governance, or executive reporting functions.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to support the execution of the Master Data and Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams within the Finance Transformation program.
  • Strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple workstreams in a complex transformation environment.
