Pay Range: $42.92hr - $47.92hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or a combination of experience, education and training.
  • Broad knowledge of project, program, or contract management.
  • Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Knowledge of accounting and budgeting policies and practices.
  • Typically possesses three to five years experience in program, or contract management.
  • Experienced project and program management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Estimate costs, recurring and non-recurring.
  • Analyze and evaluate contract terms and commercial proposals.
  • Prepare documentation for internal reviews and act as contractual point of contact with customers.
  • Prepare and submit proposals to customers.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and incorporate results into existing contracts.
  • Pursue and conclude any past due commercial claims with the customer.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and monitor requirements and performance of out of scope work with program management, finance, procurement, engineering, quality and the Director of Contracts as required.
  • Direct the work of Contract Administrators and other respective administrative staff.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support enterprise-wide leadership development, facilitation, and digital fluency initiatives.
  • Track project progress, prepare status updates, and escalate issues to ensure work remains on schedule and aligned with business priorities.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, follow up on action items, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Apply structured project management practices to support implementation planning, resource coordination, and successful program delivery.
