We are currently seeking a Call Center Program Manager to lead and oversee a federal contract, serving as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.

This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for ensuring successful execution, delivery, and performance across all aspects of the program. What You'll Do Serve as the overall manager of the contract and primary point of contact for the client Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all contract requirements Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Manage and allocate staffing resources to ensure optimal team performance Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams and subcontractors Ensure compliance with contract requirements, federal regulations, and company standards Facilitate communication between stakeholders, leadership, and client representatives Resolve contract-related issues efficiently and professionally What You Bring Proven experience managing large, complex federal contracts or programs Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, distributed teams Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and manage competing demands Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Requirements 15+ years of experience in a senior management or program management role Must have experience working in a contact and/or call center environment High School Diploma or equivalent required U.S. Citizenship required Must be eligible to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance and PIV card Must reside within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico Ability to work remotely Why Join ITCON?
