• Conduct initial assessments and intake evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, drawing on an array of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health issues and promoting a supportive community atmosphere.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care, participating in regular case reviews, staff meetings, and training workshops.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring that all client records are accurate and secure.

Your role will primarily involve working with underserved populations, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, with caseload size influenced by availability and experience.
