Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Remote Support Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day customer service and administrative operations. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping coordinate requests, resolve routine concerns, maintain accurate records, and ensure a consistent and positive service experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, chat, and other approved communication channels.
• Coordinate customer requests, service inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and account-related questions.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records, correspondence, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and service issues.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or urgent matters to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative coordination.
• Process and update information using company systems and databases.
• Track customer interactions and maintain organized support records.
• Help identify recurring customer concerns and communicate trends to management.
• Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
• Assist with general administrative and operational duties as assigned.
• Handle confidential company and customer information responsibly.
• Meet established service standards, productivity expectations, and deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, operations, or a related field preferred.
