This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients. You will be equipped with state-of-the-art virtual tools to conduct therapy sessions, assess patient needs, and manage treatment plans effectively. • Supervise and ensure the highest quality of clinical care for your patients through proficient therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, carefully assessing patient needs and documenting treatment progress in comprehensive logs.
• Manage a diverse caseload of patients with varied psychological needs, employing evidence-based practices to address individual requirements.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess patients and families, working collaboratively to develop and implement effective resolution plans.
• Provide tailored counseling services, including individual, couple, and family therapy, and offer referrals to specialized professionals when necessary.
• Conduct mental health evaluations to inform treatment strategies and participate in coordinated care processes.
• Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and adjustments to treatment plans as needed, ensuring comprehensive support throughout their journey.
• Create and maintain detailed records of treatment outlines and progress summaries, and develop educational programs for patients and families to further enhance understanding and coping strategies.

You will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing emotional distress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to empathize and communicate effectively with adolescents, adults, and families is crucial to delivering personalized care. Understanding the unique cultural and social factors that influence your clients will aid in formulating relevant treatment plans.

• A Master's or PhD degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
• Licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory for consideration.
• Demonstrable ability to manage complex clinical situations and maintain a professional demeanor while working remotely.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Experience in delivering telehealth services is an advantage.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and the capacity to engage diverse populations effectively.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy:
