• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Develop, implement, and adapt treatment plans based on the ongoing evaluation of client progress and feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with a remote multidisciplinary team to monitor and enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to achieve positive therapy outcomes.

The client population served at Health First Counseling encompasses a broad spectrum of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma histories, and other emotional or behavioral issues. Your role will be vital in offering interventions that cater to each client's unique needs and circumstances, ultimately working towards improved mental well-being and life satisfaction.

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a social work setting.
• Expertise in diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and implementing therapeutic techniques.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and culturally responsive care tailored to diverse populations.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of local resources and referrals available to clients in Massachusetts.
