As a member of our outpatient team, you will have access to the latest telehealth technologies and support systems, ensuring a seamless and productive workflow. • Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students and interns, facilitating their professional development as they work toward clinical licensure.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, leveraging various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients, evaluating their progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to holistically address clients' needs.
• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the mental health field to continuously enhance your skills and the services offered at our center.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Valid state license in your field (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice independently.
• Current professional liability insurance to protect both you and your clients.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing direct mental health counseling services.

• Experience supervising graduate-level students in clinical settings is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for maintaining client documentation.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices will be an advantage.

The salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $130,000 annually, with full-time therapists earning-up to $130,000.
