• Conduct thorough clinical social work evaluations and provide individual and group counseling tailored to client needs.

• Maintain an ongoing caseload, delivering case management that includes regular updates and adjustment of treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Document client interactions accurately and comprehensively according to company procedures, including conducting biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and discharge planning.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, utilizing evidence-based practices for case reviews, resource allocation, and care coordination.
• Advocate for community resources, assisting clients with essential services such as food assistance, childcare solutions, and healthcare needs to foster their overall well-being.
• Engage in crisis intervention, responding promptly to client needs and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure immediate support.

Your clients will vary widely, facing challenges related to mental health, substance use, and socioeconomic factors. You will work with diverse populations, including adults experiencing severe mental health conditions, individuals in crisis, and clients transitioning out of acute care settings. • A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a valid, active, and unrestricted licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) certification.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting, demonstrating strong clinical skills and knowledge of case management.
• Proficiency in conducting psychosocial histories, suicide assessments, and forensic evaluations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle conflict and develop strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
