• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing their clinical licenses or enrolled in Master's programs, equipping them with the essential tools and insights to thrive in their careers.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the individual needs of clients, couples, and families, incorporating evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on initial assessments, ongoing evaluations, and feedback from clients, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and advancements in the mental health field to continually enhance the quality of therapy provided.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing acute and chronic mental health challenges, couples navigating relational difficulties, and families seeking holistic support. • A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid state license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) to practice as a mental health professional.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in psychotherapy and client engagement.
