Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, emphasizing diagnostic evaluations, and formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with primary care providers.
• Implement brief, focused therapeutic interventions designed to meet immediate mental health needs.
• Engage in regular follow-up initiatives to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with primary care teams to identify patients requiring further mental health support or referral to specialized services.
• Develop and maintain relapse prevention strategies that assist patients in achieving stable functioning.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes succinctly in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
• Provide education to patients on managing their mental health conditions and wellness strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Consult with clinic management and interdisciplinary teams on behavioral health services and innovative program evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to ethical conduct standards and participate in team training and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Arrowhead Family and Marriage Consulting offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
