We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Renewed Counseling Hub. This full-time remote position allows you to work within a supportive and flexible telehealth environment, delivering essential mental health services to clients in need. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to conduct evaluations, develop therapeutic strategies, and engage effectively with various patient populations, all aimed at enhancing emotional and behavioral well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to inform treatment strategies.

  • Provide ongoing support to families by developing joint plans, recommending strategies, and utilizing our range of services to foster a nurturing environment.
  • Build strong rapport with children, families, and fellow team members, ensuring a trustworthy and positive therapeutic relationship.
  • Collaborate closely with families, equipping them with essential tools and knowledge to support their child’s development and well-being.
  • Employ the coaching model and natural environment teaching to optimize therapeutic results for each unique client.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on children and their families, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges. This includes those facing emotional and behavioral issues as well as substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their caregivers, employing a holistic approach to therapy that emphasizes recovery and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in a relevant mental health setting.
  • Current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to manage billing hours and documentation autonomously.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a telehealth environment is advantageous, enhancing your adaptability in delivering remote services.
  • Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment practices and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also managing individual caseloads efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
