This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to provide vital mental health services to clients from the comfort of your home. As an integral member of our telehealth team, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality behavioral health care aimed at achieving positive outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine clients’ needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Monitor health outcomes through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment strategies as needed in conjunction with the team.
  • Provide emotional and practical support to families, ensuring they have the resources necessary for their child's development.
  • Foster a strong therapeutic rapport with children and families, creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Work with families to create joint treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices alongside Natural Learning Environment Practices.
  • Equip families with practical skills and information to enhance their child's growth and mental health.
  • Implement a coaching model to facilitate natural environment teaching, ensuring that learning is relevant and context-based.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to client progress, billing hours, and treatment plans in adherence to healthcare regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and their families, who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges. The focus will be on empowering clients through individualized care, strengthening familial bonds, and promoting resilience in the face of adversity.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating competence in mental health counseling.
  • Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences must be current or in process.
  • Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to administrative responsibilities such as billing and documentation management.
Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teletherapy, familiarity with evidence-based modalities, and a background in working with children with developmental or emotional issues. Competency in integrative approaches and familiarity with the Natural Learning Environment model will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
