• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, analyzing psychological, social, and environmental factors.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable therapeutic goals that guide the therapeutic process.
• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices that are customized to clients' unique situations.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, utilizing Simple Practice to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate care, providing holistic support to clients.
• Commit to professional development through participation in continuing education and training, ensuring adherence to licensure requirements and best practices.

Our clinic serves a diverse spectrum of clients including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• An active clinical license in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) is essential to practice.
• A minimum of two years of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to individuals of all ages, with a focus on family dynamics.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, enabling you to understand the complexities of clients' needs effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a remote environment.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or other relevant modalities.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies to deliver care effectively in a virtual setting.
• Previous work in community health settings or outreach programs is considered a plus.
