Healing Place Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to enhance our outpatient services. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' psychological and emotional needs.
• Compile and analyze detailed patient histories to inform treatment planning.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's situation.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, consistently reviewing and adjusting as necessary to promote optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all patient sessions and progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases and share insights, enhancing collaborative quality of care.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to improve access to mental health resources and awareness in Gresham and surrounding areas.

Our diverse client population includes individuals, couples, and families seeking support for various issues, such as relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. The therapist will be expected to apply their clinical expertise to effectively address the unique challenges faced by each client, fostering a safe environment for exploration and growth. We particularly welcome professionals experienced in psychoeducation and relationship counseling modalities.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• A valid MFT license for the state of Oregon is essential for this position.
• Certification in one or more specialized treatment modalities (e.g., structural, strategic, or narrative therapy) is encouraged.
• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills will be considered a valuable asset.

• Experience working within outpatient settings and using EHR systems for clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with community mental health organizations and resources.
• Practical knowledge of culturally sensitive therapy practices that cater to an array of backgrounds and identities.
