This role is ideal for a self-driven problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys breaking down complex business problems, excels at pulling together rigorous analytics and is motivated by measurable business impact. You will work closely with supply chain leadership and cross-functional partners to shape strategy, develop scalable solutions, and enable data-driven decision making that improves performance today while building the supply chain capabilities of the future.

You'll have...ย

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, operations, and/or demand planning.ย

  • Proven experience in finished goods manufacturing capacity or production planning.ย

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, with a heavy emphasis on S&OP and S&OE processes, alongside procurement, logistics, and inventory management.ย

  • Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and managing complex, cross-functional programs.ย

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.ย

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).ย

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.ย

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Even better, you may have...

  • Master's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
  • Strong understanding of MP&L systems (e.g., SAP S4 HANA, E2Open)
  • Demonstrated understanding of MP&L Processes, including parts follow-up processes.ย
  • MP&L Plant Operations Experienceย

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home?
