To thrive as a Remote Program Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and a relevant degree in business, public administration, or a related field. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), project management software (like Asana or Trello), and experience with reporting systems are typically required.
