• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring tailored interventions that cater to the specific needs of each patient.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop detailed treatment plans based on accurate assessments of psychological needs.
• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, applying advanced clinical skills to provide effective therapeutic interventions, including crisis counseling.
• Document treatment progress through conclusive logs, strategy outlines, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to create and execute actionable plans for therapeutic resolutions that support long-term wellbeing.

You will primarily work with a varied clientele experiencing psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role will involve assessing individual cases and crafting therapeutic strategies that empower clients to overcome their difficulties and achieve personal growth. By fostering a trusting relationship, you will encourage clients to express their concerns and work collaboratively towards their mental health goals.

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is essential. Candidates with experience specifically in telehealth counseling will be viewed favorably due to the nature of the work environment.
