Are you a motivated sales professional ready to step into leadership? Globe Life American Income Division: Zuzick Organization is seeking a driven Sales Team Leader to help grow and mentor a high-performing remote sales team while making a meaningful impact in the lives of working families.

For over 70 years, we have partnered with more than 34,000 unions and associations—including teachers, firefighters, veterans, and nurses—to provide supplemental life insurance benefits that help protect their families. As we continue expanding nationwide, we are looking for leaders who are passionate about sales, mentorship, and career growth.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote team of sales representatives Work with warm leads from union members requesting information about their benefits Conduct virtual client meetings via Zoom to present insurance options Support your team in closing sales and delivering excellent client service Track performance metrics and help drive team success Assist with applications and underwriting requirements
