• Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, tailoring treatment plans to suit individual circumstances. This includes thorough evaluations via telehealth appointments as well as home visits where required.
• Progress Monitoring: Maintain clear communication with supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders regarding clients’ progress, ensuring everyone involved is informed and engaged in the treatment process.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Provide supervisors with a structured tentative schedule of appointments, including home visits and other observation needs to track client progress effectively.
• Program Implementation: Guarantee that all treatment protocols and program plans are not only implemented correctly but also monitored for effectiveness, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing insights based on assessments and interactions with clients.
• Documentation: Complete monthly and quarterly progress notes and ensure all records are kept up-to-date for review by relevant parties, maintaining confidentiality and supporting compliance with healthcare standards.
• Public Liaison: Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, promoting mental health resources and contributing to community development goals.
• Training and Development: Organize training sessions for staff, ensuring all team members are proficient in the implementation of program plans and documentation methods.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma care is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a telehealth environment and familiarity with its best practices.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other mental health professionals in a team-based setting.
