• Provide individual and family counseling services, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address the specific needs of each client.
• Continuously assess and adapt to the evolving requirements of patients to ensure effective treatment plans are in place.
• Facilitate communication among clients, families, and necessary stakeholders to promote a coordinated approach to mental health care.
• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and contribute to care strategies.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans in the EMR, ensuring comprehensive and precise record-keeping.
• Conduct follow-up calls and home visits as necessary to monitor ongoing patient needs and therapeutic outcomes.
• Organize training and orientation sessions for less experienced team members, providing guidance on best practices in counseling.

As a Remote LPC, you will work with a range of clients, including both adults and youth, who may be coping with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
