• Conduct therapeutic sessions tailored to individual, couples, or group needs, utilizing evidence-based counseling approaches.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address client-specific mental health challenges, goals, and cultural considerations.
• Employ therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and more, depending on client requirements.
• Provide consistent emotional support and situation-tailored feedback to clients, assisting them in developing coping strategies for their unique challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research, trends, and methodologies in counseling practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients, respecting their unique cultural perspectives and experiences. • A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• An active, unrestricted state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide counseling services.

• A strong ability to work independently while also contributing to a cohesive team dynamic.

• Experience in providing counseling services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
