In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor at our state-of-the-art outpatient treatment center, you will have the opportunity to:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that foster connection, sharing, and peer support among young adult participants.
• Provide Individual Therapy: Offer tailored, empathetic counseling that assists clients in exploring their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Support them in developing actionable coping strategies through individualized sessions.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment strategies that meet their unique needs, incorporating both clinical insight and client preferences.
• Monitor Progress: Assess client progress through various evaluation tools and feedback methods, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and well-coordinated treatment efforts for clients.

Your work will primarily focus on young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are facing various mental health challenges. Our center is designed to cater specifically to this demographic, utilizing holistic and evidence-based treatment approaches to identify and address their unique issues. By cultivating a supportive and therapeutic environment, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys towards recovery and empowerment.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Valid LPC certification in the state of Arizona.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients empathetically and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and techniques.
