Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a CGA Production Support Specialist to join our Complaints Grievances and Appeals Team.

About the role:

The CGA Liaison, Member Services (Production Support Specialist) solves complex member issues by applying the technical tools across the production operation. You will use key skills and objectivity to review inventory, identify trends and report out to leadership daily to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations and timeframes.

You will report into the CGA Team Lead.

Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Arizona; Florida; Georgia; or Texas. While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. #LI-Remote

Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $43,966- $57,706 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage, or escalate complex issues that are not solved using conventional workflows
  • Manage internal or external escalated transactions and communicate with appropriate parties for resolution mindful of Service level agreements
  • Conduct workflow reviews and provide feedback to improve internal processes and department quality
  • Support specialist by supporting complex issues that are not solved using conventional workflows
  • Be a point person for team members in other areas of the business to improve feedback loops and trend member issues
  • Support service ops reps through a variety of communication venues
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years previous work experience in a fast-paced volume-based environment
  • 2+ years strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on solving problems
  • High school diploma or GED

Bonus points:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities or willingness to learn
  • Advanced Operations Certificate (Lean Six Sigma or similar)
  • Previous project oversight experience
  • Proficiency navigating and working in multi-system environment
  • Prior career practice relating to conflict management and providing feedback to others
  • Strong verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions
